First, let me tell you a little about myself and maybe that will help explain why I want to be YOUR NATCA regional representative.

I began my career in the FAA in Des Moines, Iowa in 1986. I became a charter member of NATCA upon its approval to represent employees in 1987. I served as the Des Moines local secretary-treasurer and vice president while at DSM. In 1990, I returned home to Missouri and went to work at Kansas City International. At MCI, I have served the local as the vice president, legislative representative and for approximately 12 of the 18 years, I have been the MCI local representative.

As your representative you can expect me to work my tail off to start to rectify the harm that has been done by the current FAA administration. Even with a change in the FAA administration, there will be much work to be done. We have many challenges ahead as we work to rebuild our profession and our solidarity. We have endured years of destruction from our employer. I have worked and fought in your shoes and I know the pain you have experienced. I will not forget. I take these assaults against our Union personally.
